Expert Group Meeting: Virtual Review of the "Frontier ICTs for Sustainable Development for Government Leaders” draft module

The Asian and Pacific Training Centre for ICT for Development (APCICT/ESCAP) conducted a Virtual Review of the Draft Module on "Frontier ICTs for Sustainable Development for Government Leaders” on 1 April 2022.

The virtual experts group meeting aimed to solicit comments and feedback to ensure the module’s quality, accessibility, and relevance to the target audience of policymakers and civil servants. It also provided a platform for experts in the ICTs and Digital Development field to exchange perspectives, experiences and lessons learnt on effective ways in which Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Blockchain and generic Frontier ICTs can be leveraged by Governments to achieve Agenda 2030.

The Regional launch of the training module is expected to be held this summer.
