This video will discuss how AI-based Operation and Maintenance (O&M) technologies would be melted into the 5G infrastructure and service environment. The O&M generations are briefly reviewed and the evolution history of them followed. KT's efforts toward AI-based O&M will be introduced with several examples. The video will be wrapped up by pointing out some considerations for AI O&M before we enter the new era of 6G.
