The National Workshop will be held in Bali, Indonesia and will host fifty Indonesian officials from government institutions and organizations. The workshop is organized by national Academy partners in the country, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) and the University of Indonesia, in support of APCICT.

Participants will be trained on the first three modules of the Bahasa Indonesia language version of the Academy: 1) The Linkage between ICT Applications and Meaningful Development; 2) ICT for Development Policy, Process and Governance; and 3) e-Government Applications.

The National Workshop in Bali marks the sixth time APCICT, MCIT and the University of Indonesia have collaborated to deliver Academy training to policymakers and development stakeholders in Indonesia.  The Academy programme was launched in Jakarta, Indonesia in March, 2009.
